GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL ADVANCE, INC., or GlobalEdAdvance, provides authors and others a unified service for publication and support of their projects. Through its many services, Global Educational Advance, Inc. first and foremost is a publisher, providing a books on demand service to authors.

GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL ADVANCE, INC. contracts with schools, colleges, seminaries, and graduate institutions to develop new curriculum and textbooks, and to assist with securing library and learning resources to support the curriculum and facilitate recruiting and funding.

GlobalEdAdvancePress^TM publishes the work of serious writers and strong academics.   Books that may be used as textbooks for courses in college, seminaries, or graduate schools are of primary interest. The Press will furnish writers with an Author’s Publication Manual when they are ready to move forward. The Distribution system covers the USA and UK with POD books sold electronically and through bookstore orders. We seek serious writers and strong academic authors.

GlobalEdAdvance^TM Press is an Author Publisher Partnership (APP) Press.  This is an advanced publishing concept where a publisher agrees to partner with an author and prepares a book for publication and distribution that meet the publisher’s logo parameters.  This is why it is called “Advance?Press; it is an innovative concept where both the author and the publisher share in the set-up costs and share in t he book sales proceeds. The author owns the copyright and shares the processing costs and book sales profits.  If the book sells, both the author and the publisher share the benefits.  In such case, the publisher will share with the author some of the up front costs of getting the book into publication and the author will cover some user-pay-fees  and/or editorial charges.   Authors are able to keep more titles in print and generate more profit from each title. The publisher combines print on demand with a variety of order options to match the needs of each author and each title.  GlobalEdAdvance^TM as an APP Press operates on a global basis with printing in the United States and the United Kingdom using three different print logos for identification of specific book genre.   (More)

GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL ADVANCE, INC. has a number of professionals available for research and/or consultant services in business, counseling, education, energy, journalism, law, ministry, missions, publishing, and social work.  We seek only those institutions that can profit from our consultation. Our consultants have written on-job-training manual for Consolidated Edison, the New York City power utility, and an OSHA interactive training and testing program for DuPont. Further, consultants have researched and created environmental and hazmat cleanup proposals for submittal by environmental companies. Additionally policy manuals, procedure manuals, program and clinical standards  manuals, and hazmat training manuals have been created by our professional consultants.

Post-Gutenberg Books^TM   History reflects a period prior to the printing press when all manuscripts were handwritten or inscribed in calligraphy by a scribe.  Then came Gutenberg’s printing press and for many years all books were printed on paper and bound into books.  Now, with the technological advance of the 21^st Century, books are moving into the electronic age. Some call these “e-books?while  others use “talking-books?but GlobalEdAdvance Press^TM chooses to call them Post-Gutenberg Books.

Technological Advance

CD’s expedite searching of text for subjects of interest and assist with finding the desired information.  The easiest way to search these  books is by chapter.  Open a chapter on the  CD and use the Edit (Find) process (choose a subject/word); your PC will determine if that “subject/word?is used in the chapter.  The next step is to provide the author’s voice together with the searchable digital text. One may give feedback about the Post-Gutenberg Books process of providing searchable digital texts w/voice on CD for the personal computer and CD-players.  We seek slow readers and fast researchers!  (More)

Families and Children

The Global Advance Housing^TM Project seeks to provide housing for the post-poverty/pre-middle class poor.  This elderly group in the middle of the low-to-moderate-income group,  has no name and has never been specifically classified by the government, but is composed of hard working folk, who paid taxes, raised a family, and now have no company pensions and live with the limitations of Social Security.  As a nonprofit organization located in the midst of 16 poor counties in Tennessee, GLOBAL  EDUCATIONAL ADVANCE, INC. wishes to educate the public and initiate a remedy for this problem. 

 Seeking seed money to initiate remedies.

The average elderly person living on social security with Medicare benefits does not have a home and are often forced to live with their children.  These folk can not afford a condo, a retirement village, or rent for a decent housing opportunity.  We propose a pilot project to build small units, 24 x 24 on a 3-acre site in Rhea County,  Tennessee with provision for purchase of a life-estate based on age and income.   (More)

Presently the project for disadvantaged children relates directly to Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, and the Children’s Villages of Bridge of Hope founded by Subesh and Debbie Ramjattan.  Presently they care for 22 children’s homes and are ready to expand their work globally.  (More)
