Global has signed agreements with the largest distribution system in the world. This makes Global books available to 30,000 booksellers and electronic distribution channels in 100 countries. Global participates in the Booksellers Return Program to make it easier for bookstores to handle your book). Authors should note that Global has no control over whether a bookseller or bookstore chooses to handle a book. This is why Global insists that authors assist in promoting their books. Promotion by the Author is vital to book sales. Not since the days of the Gutenberg has the author of books been so crucial to the sales promotion. One can hardly watch TV without seeing some celebrity promoting a book. A publisher is limited as to what can be done without the author’s assistance. The author must take some responsibility for distribution. What Global does is just the cream or as one author said “the gravy.” PARTNERS WITH THESE GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS --Your books published through Global are placed into the most comprehensive and primary distribution channels. We must remember that the sales point determines which books they will handle. This is where special effort must be made by the author.
